Product Lead

Job Description

Everlaw is seeking a Product Lead to contribute to the development of its core product. The role involves becoming an expert on the product, defining problems, and creating solutions that address user needs. The Product Lead will collaborate with design and development teams, enhance critical thinking skills, and ensure feature quality through testing and documentation. The role requires autonomous execution, ownership of product outcomes, and driving progress in the face of organizational complexity.

In this role, the Product Lead will:

• Become an expert on our product
• Lead features from start to finish
• Test features and contribute to documentation
• Lead initiatives on our roadmap

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of work experience in product development
• Experience leading impactful projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation and initiative
• Collaborative team-player
• Authorized to work in the United States
