Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their product team. The Senior Product Designer will lead projects, design solutions, and mentor other designers. The experiences they design will help legal teams work more efficiently.

In this role, the Senior Product Designer will:

• Become product certified on the Everlaw platform.
• Conceptualize, design, and ship new features and improvements.
• Contribute to the roadmap by proposing new features.
• Lead user research to uncover insights.
• Craft and deliver intuitive solutions in the form of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure efficient implementation of designs.
• Coach and mentor other designers.
• Contribute to the development of the design system.
• Propose process changes to increase the effectiveness of the R&D team.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience shipping product features.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
• Experience leading design work throughout the entire process.
• Exemplary design and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and a practical approach to resolving design challenges.
• Strong collaboration, coaching, and feedback skills.
• Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
