Job Description
Everlaw is seeking a Solutions Architect Manager to lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects, helping them to collaborate with the sales team to acquire new business and ensure client onboarding. This role involves coaching the team, designing efficient processes, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. The Manager will also act as a Senior Solutions Architect on strategic deals, using their industry knowledge to represent Everlaw at a high level. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building, coaching, and supporting a team of Solutions Architects.
- Establishing trust-based relationships with direct reports.
- Operating autonomously to identify coaching opportunities for the team.
- Acting as a Senior Solutions Architect for key accounts.
- Developing and maintaining a pre-sales process to support the sales team.
- Leading, training, and inspiring the team to exceed goals.
- Providing regular coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Monitoring and reporting on team metrics.
- Driving improvements in productivity and efficiency.
Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience within the eDiscovery field (5+ years highly desired).
- Experience with Relativity and other legacy platforms.
- Goal-oriented and data-driven approach.
- Experience handling multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Everlaw or other SaaS eDiscovery platforms.
- Service-oriented leadership and clear communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
