Job Description

Everlaw is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to identify and close new business within Fortune 1000 accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting, generating pipeline, running discovery calls/sales presentations, and negotiating. They should also possess a deep understanding of value-based selling and SaaS technology.

The Strategic Account Executive will open new accounts and expand Everlaw's footprint in existing accounts by communicating how Everlaw can meet their eDiscovery and Litigation needs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage sales technology to uncover and close new opportunities.

This is a hybrid full-time position based in New York City or remote/region based on the East Coast, requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

In this role, the Strategic Account Executive will:

  • Execute against territory and account plans.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Everlaw’s marketing team.
  • Lead sophisticated sales cycles.
  • Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Leverage sales tech stack.
  • Gain continuous growth through training.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A track record of success selling SaaS platforms into net new accounts.
  • At least 7 years of successful field sales experience in an Enterprise or Strategic SaaS sales role.
  • Curiosity and excitement about emerging technologies.
  • Motivation to achieve goals.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Comfort in creating needs analysis content and presenting it to Senior Leadership.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
