Backend Team Lead- Data integration infrastructure (Hands-On) at Vim

This role involves driving both the technical direction and execution, focusing on designing and implementing robust backend systems that integrate with multiple clinical data sources. The Team Lead will spend a significant portion of their time coding and architecting solutions while also guiding the team and ensuring technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and optimizing queries.
• Strong problem-solving skills—able to design the right solution for complex data flows.
• Comfortable making architectural decisions and driving technical strategy.
