Level.works is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify opportunities and build strong relationships. The role involves spotting opportunities, building strong relationships, and strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate is enterprising, curious, and has strong process-oriented thinking.
- Identifying opportunities in new and existing markets within the Netherlands
- Developing and implementing market entry strategies
- Building strong relationships with new clients and partners in the SME segment
- Monitoring market developments and competition to optimally exploit opportunities
- Supporting sales managers in introducing new propositions, complex sales cycles, or tender processes
- Operationally contributing to and setting up new propositions to be handed over to operational teams within Level.works
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an independent commercial role
- Familiarity with cold acquisition
- Strong process-oriented thinking
- Strong communication and customer-focused skills in Dutch (minimum C1 level)
