Venn is seeking a Senior Product Designer to collaborate with product and engineering teams in creating designs for mobile and web digital products. They strive to foster real-world connections between people in their neighborhoods by building a platform dedicated to this cause. The company's platform offers a Resident-facing app combining property management features with ways to connect with neighbors, an Experience Hub for property managers, and a Venn Experts Team.Role involves:

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Designing software with exceptional user experiences.

The requirements are:

• 4+ years of experience in product design.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping software.
• Strong understanding of design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create UX journeys, flows, sketches, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Experience working on both B2C and B2B digital products.
• Experience working on both mobile and web digital products.
