Corporate Controller at Venn

Venn is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee all financial, accounting, and tax matters. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for cash flow management, financial analysis, and reporting. They will also develop and improve company work processes and implement financial and accounting system controls.

Responsibilities:

• Review all financial tasks: billing, collection, salaries, and payments to vendors.
• Manage cash flow, intercompany funding, and foreign currency.
• Prepare monthly operational & management reports and quarterly financial statements.
• Develop and improve company work processes, policies, and compliance.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in a finance position in the high-tech industry, or at a Big-4 accounting firm.
• CPA with big-4 accounting firm experience
• Excellent understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Superior Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems - must. Netsuite is an advantage.
• Fluent English.
