Product Manager at Venn

Venn is seeking a Product Manager to play a crucial role in shaping its customer-focused product. This role involves collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to lead the roadmap execution and envision a winning product-market fit. The Product Manager will own the product line life cycle, including developing, defining, and overseeing the product roadmap, and managing it to meet deliverables for the business. They will also own the existing development backlog and prioritize it based on business, stakeholder, and market needs. The role requires interaction with users to understand their needs, securing stakeholder buy-in for the product vision and roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Lead roadmap execution.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of B2B/B2B2C product management experience in a SaaS company.
• Experience managing a team of product managers is an advantage.
• Experience in Proptech/HRtech and/or Marketplace products preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with R&D and product marketing teams.
• Experience working with US-based businesses.
