Brainlabs is seeking a Manager, Insights & Planning to join their team in New York City. The ideal candidate will use insight, vertical and sector knowledge along with both brand and performance marketing to build and deliver media plans that deliver real, tangible business growth for clients.

What this Role Involves: - Translating overarching strategy into cross-channel plans.
- Using knowledge of cross-channel and in-channel execution and best practice to deliver innovation.
- Building an in-depth, data-driven understanding of the client’s consumer, category, brand and business.
- Providing planning insight in pitches and participating in pitches as needed.
- Collaborating with strategy, data strategy, and client teams to deliver measurement solutions.
Requirements: - 2+ years experience of delivering cross-media plans for leading multi-product clients.
- Proven data capabilities and ability to utilize insight to drive media plans and marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent grasp of online and offline channels.
- Expert knowledge of media planning principles.
- Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator.
- Strong media budgeting understanding.
