TribalScale is seeking a Marketing Manager with strong visual design skills and a deep appreciation for user experience (UX) to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will own the creation and execution of marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and elevate the TribalScale brand. This role involves shaping how the company presents its work, engages with audiences, and designs new channels and content with the end-user in mind.
This position is perfect for a creative individual who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to see their ideas move quickly from concept to execution. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff on overall marketing strategy and lead in bringing that strategy to life across content, campaigns, and design. The role also offers opportunities to participate in internal and client-facing design projects, working alongside senior product and design teams to enhance UX skills and hands-on design practice.
What This Role Involves:
- Shaping marketing goals and lead generation campaigns
- Executing marketing initiatives, including content, creative, and analytics
- Identifying and testing new engagement channels and creative campaign ideas
- Writing and managing engaging content across various formats
- Crafting case studies to tell the story of client work
- Designing visual assets to support marketing campaigns
- Applying UX principles to improve user engagement
- Contributing to internal and client-facing product design work
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, with strength in content and visual design
- Strong writing skills and ability to adjust tone for different audiences
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of UX principles in marketing and product design
- Proactive and hands-on approach to projects
