Job Description

InterWorks is seeking a Solutions Engineer to collaborate with go-to-market and sales teams, positioning and selling optimal solutions for clients across diverse industries. The role involves addressing operational challenges through InterWorks' products, solutions, and partner technologies. The candidate will develop data-driven strategies, assist in scoping, gather requirements, and create solution architectures. They will also research and evaluate new technologies in the data/analytics space.Role involves:

• Solving operational challenges using InterWorks' technologies.
• Developing data-driven strategies for clients.
• Creating solution architectures and proposal content.
• Researching and evaluating new data/analytics technologies.

Requirements:

• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in German and English (C1).
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of visual analytics and database solutions.
• Hands-on SQL skills.
• Enthusiastic presentation and storytelling skills.
