Solutions Engineer

InterWorks is seeking a Solutions Engineer to collaborate with go-to-market and sales teams, positioning and selling optimal solutions for clients. This role involves building Data Analytics solutions across various industries. InterWorks is a consulting firm with a unique approach.

The Role:

• Helping clients solve operational challenges using InterWorks' products and partner technologies.
• Listening to customers and helping them understand the value of solutions and consulting services.
• Developing strategies with clients to position their businesses as data-driven and innovative.
• Assisting with scoping, requirements gathering, and exploratory meetings.
• Creating solution architectures and proposal content.
• Researching and evaluating new technologies in the data/analytics space.

Requirements:

• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in German and English (C1).
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of visual analytics and database solutions (Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, etc.).
• Knowledge of data orchestration and transformation solutions (dbt, Alteryx, Matillion, etc.).
• Hands-on SQL skills.
• Enthusiastic presentation and storytelling skills.
