Verkada is seeking a Growth Manager to join their team in Sydney, Australia. The Growth Manager will work alongside the JAPAC marketing and global Growth teams to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive revenue.

- Build campaigns and deploy seven-figure spend budgets
- Design processes to ensure pipeline conversion
- Analyse data and adapt strategies
- Test ideas, automate, and optimize
Requirements:
- 4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field preferred)
- 4-9 years of experience in a quantitative field
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, strategic consulting, a startup or equivalent is preferred
- Self-starter approach
- Ability to analyze data and understand patterns (Excel proficiency)
- Creative thinking
- Inbox 0 personality
- Business Level English
- SQL and Javascript preferred
