Senior Legal Counsel at Ramp Network

Ramp Network is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the traditional financial system and the emerging crypto economy. The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for various legal matters, with a primary focus on commercial contracts. They will also be involved in corporate, employment, financial services regulations across multiple jurisdictions, and intellectual property matters.

Role Involves:

• Preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and implementing various contracts across jurisdictions.
• Automating contracting processes and developing contract templates.
• Maintaining a library of contracts and legal documents.
• Assisting with daily legal operational responsibilities.
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders.
• Drafting internal policies and guidelines.
• Onboarding different entities to various third parties.
• Helping with managing intellectual property matters.

Requirements:

• A qualified attorney (adwokat or radca prawny).
• Experience in negotiating contracts and streamlining the contracting process.
• International mindset and experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proactive and direct communication skills.
• Openness to testing and implementing new technologies.
• Excellent time-management, prioritising, and problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English and Polish.
