The ideal candidate should have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a people role in a startup or fast-growing company
  • Experience coaching managers and improving HR processes
  • Ability to use data to track improvements
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with empathy and business acumen
  • Ability to influence leaders and build trust
