Skylo, a global Non-Terrestrial Network service provider based in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join their Espoo office, requiring onsite presence 3 days a week. This role is pivotal in making satellite connectivity accessible and involves leading technical relationships with customers, ensuring seamless integration and support.
The Sales Engineer will spearhead the technical integration of mobile network operators' network infrastructure with the Skylo Network to introduce NTN network services. They will manage programs with MNOs to guarantee successful integration through commercial launch of Services. The individual will also conduct regular updates and training sessions to keen various MNO teams up-to-date on NTN technology evolution. This role will track device development projects, identifying potential bottlenecks or issues, and developing technical solutions to ensure timely and successful completion.
The ideal candidate will establish technical leadership with MNOs, positioning Skylo as a trusted advisor for NTN product development, Develop and deliver effective training materials and collateral with Product & Marketing and champion the needs of MNOs by sharing their feedback within the organization to continuously enhance our features and processes.
