Bynder is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success for the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in developing and executing a customer value lifecycle strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. The Vice President will lead a high-performing team, focusing on customer adoption, value, retention, and growth, while fostering strong customer relationships.

- Develop a CSM enablement program.

- Identify and address customer pain points, proactively resolving issues.
- Prepare and present reports to executives and stakeholders.
- Be an evangelist of Bynder to our customers.
Requirements Include: - 10+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles within a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with enterprise marketing technologies is highly preferred.
- Experience in scaling Customer Success teams and strategy for organizations growing from $100m+ revenue.
- Consultative and demonstrated ability to navigate complexities across company sizes and industries.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and customer value drivers.
- Proven track record of developing effective customer success strategies.
- Commercial skills in discovery, account profiling, and value realization.
