Customer Onboarding Internship at Bynder

Bynder is seeking a Customer Onboarding Intern to join their EMEA team in Amsterdam. Bynder is a company which helps brands accelerate growth through the power of creative content and branding.The intern will work within the Customer Onboarding team, which is part of the larger Customer Success Organization, allowing them to gain experience in both areas. Bynder delivers the best customer onboarding experience in the industry, and the intern will have the opportunity to learn about project management from international teams and contribute to process development.Role Involves:

• Learning how to use the Bynder Enterprise Cloud suite of modules
• Building customer metadata structures
• Implementing marketing workflow processes
• Assisting with the creation of online articles
• Managing data imports of client assets
• Managing actual customer projects to support customer Onboarding Managers on projects

Requirements:

• Available for a full-time internship for 6 months from the beginning of June 2025
• Based in Amsterdam, available to be present in the office at least 3-4 days per week
• Enrolled in a Master’s program in a relevant field
• Fluent in English and must be fluent/native in one or more Dutch, German or French
• Must be a student registered at a Dutch/European school/university for the full duration of the internship
• Strong technical command
• Ability to break down complex subjects into simple, clear explanations
• Curious, detail-oriented, able to prioritize, and excel in project management, teamwork, and communication
