The Health Guide will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to guests on their journey to a fulfilling and healthy life. This individual will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare and establishing proactive health as the new standard.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding clients before, during, and after innovative health treatments (cryotherapy, red light therapy, oxygen therapy, etc.).
• Advising clients on the range of services and providing personalized recommendations.
• Collaborating closely with a diverse team of Health Guides and medical experts.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in the service industry, ideally in health and/or fitness.
• Great interest in innovative health concepts and willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge.
• Comfortable in the role of guide, motivator, and pragmatic doer.
• Solution-oriented work style and high level of initiative.
• Ability to build, maintain, and develop trust with customers.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Motivated to work in a multidisciplinary team to find individual solutions for clients.
