Job Description
Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth for its Legal Outsourcing function. The Sales Director will build relationships and contribute to the firm's continued success.
The Sales Director's responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy & Pitching: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Legal Outsourcing market.
- Follow-Up & Sales Process Management: Establish and maintain a robust follow-up process to ensure all leads are nurtured, tracked, and converted into long-term clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with partners and senior management to align sales goals.
- Subject Matter Expert: Become a subject matter expert in the Legal Outsourcing function.
- Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on sales performance, track key metrics, and refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales role within a professional services environment.
- Experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Management required.
- Experience within a law firm, either as a lawyer or senior manager, is highly desirable.
- Strong track record of successfully bringing in new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
