Job Description

Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth for their Legal Outsourcing function. The Sales Director will build relationships and play a key part in the continued success of the firm. The ideal candidate will be driven and results-oriented, with a strong track record of bringing in new business, managing sales pipelines, and creating efficient follow-up processes.

As most of Sterlington's clients are currently US-based, the candidate must be able to work according to US time zones.

The Sales Director role involves:

  • Identifying, targeting, and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining a robust follow-up process.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborating with partners and senior management.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in Legal Outsourcing.
  • Reporting on sales performance and tracking key metrics.

Requirements for the Sales Director role:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales role within a professional services environment.
  • Experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Management.
  • Strong track record of successfully bringing in new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience creating and managing a streamlined and effective sales follow-up process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
