Job Description

Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth for its Legal Outsourcing function. The Sales Director will build relationships and contribute to the firm's success. The ideal candidate will be driven and results-oriented, with a background in bringing in new business and managing sales pipelines.

The role involves:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for the Legal Outsourcing market.
  • Establishing and maintaining a follow-up process to nurture leads.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborating with partners and senior management to align sales goals.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in the Legal Outsourcing function.
  • Reporting on sales performance and tracking key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales role within a professional services environment.
  • Experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Management.
  • Experience within a law firm, either as a lawyer or senior manager, is highly desirable.
  • Strong track record of bringing in new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience securing business in the PE, VC, Finance space.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience creating and managing a streamlined sales follow-up process.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
