Sertis, a leading AI and Data Science company in ASEAN, is seeking a Head of Product/Product Development to lead product development efforts. This role involves shaping and executing the product vision and strategy, bridging business strategy with product development, and ensuring innovative AI and data solutions deliver maximum value to clients.
Role Involves:
- Developing and communicating a product vision and strategy aligned with Sertis’ business objectives.
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Establishing product-market fit and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Partnering with the CEO, CCO, and other stakeholders.
- Using data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Fostering user engagement and building a strong community.
- Helping create a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA or equivalent is also good to have.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on business-oriented product roles in AI, data, or technology industries. Having end-to-end experience building a product to fit market.
- A proven track record of taking products from concept to market, achieving product-market fit, and driving business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and commercial strategies for tech products.
- Exceptional ability to influence and communicate effectively.
- Experience working with clients to define needs.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of UX principles, user research methods, and customer experience best practices.
