Product Manager at Sertis

Sertis, ASEAN's leading AI and Data Science company located in Bangkok, is seeking a Product Manager to commercialize its IP in a repeatable manner. The Product Manager will drive innovative AI and data solutions from concept to market launch, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet marketplace needs.

Role Involves:

• Developing and communicating product vision and strategy.
• Using market research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure success.
• Working closely with the development team to prioritize features.
• Contributing to go-to-market strategies.
• Providing guidance and support to sales and marketing teams.
• Building and nurturing a strong community around Sertis’s AI products.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering and/or an BBA, MBA
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of Data and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of customer experience principles.
• Experience with UX design principles and user research methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to take a leadership role.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data analysis tools is a plus.
