Job Description

Verkada is seeking a Director of Enterprise Growth Marketing to lead and build a team of marketers focused on driving revenue impact. This role is based at Verkada's headquarters in San Mateo, CA, and requires a strong on-site presence.

The Director will work closely with the CMO and growth team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns targeting top strategic accounts. They will collaborate with sales, content, solutions, and creative teams to optimize product positioning and automate campaigns for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Verkada’s CMO and the Growth team to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments
  • Strategize and execute on ABM or volume-based campaigns
  • Engage with a fast-growing Enterprise Sales teams to support partner marketing efforts and team goals
  • Partner with the content, solutions and creative marketing teams to best position our products
  • Work closely with the marketing operations team to automate and scale campaigns
  • Build a team of highly motivated individuals with high IQ/EQ

Requirements:

  • 4-year undergraduate bachelor's degree (top 20 school highly preferred)
  • 7 - 12 years of work experience including at least 2 years in marketing
  • At least 2 years of management experience of full-time employees
  • Business-level english fluency in verbal and written communication
  • Impeccable quantitative ability to analyze data
  • A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity
  • Relentless puzzle solving obsession
  • Inbox 0 type personality
  • SQL, Python (or equivalent), and Javascript strongly preferred
