Senior Frontend Engineer (React), Studio at Creative Fabrica

Creative Fabrica is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their Studio team in Amsterdam. The company is a fast-scaling tech start-up focused on enabling creativity through its platform, which offers inspiration, learning, creation, and sharing resources for designers.

The Senior Frontend Engineer will play a key role in developing and delivering the Studio suite, which provides next-gen tooling for creatives. The role involves building a best-in-class in-browser creative experience and maintaining functionality for Creative Fabrica Studio and apps. The engineer will translate user and business needs into functional frontend code, ensuring a seamless user experience. They will also advocate for modern development practices and contribute to a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Build best-in-class in-browser creative experience
• Build and maintain functionality for Creative Fabrica Studio and apps
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
• Advocate for modern development practices
• Participate in a cross-functional Studio team

Requirements:

• Proficient with modern web development toolchain (Typescript, React, Next.js, GraphQL, TailwindCSS, and Turborepo)
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals and web performance
• Strong understanding of software development best practices
• Strong customer empathy and desire to build a great product
