Appier is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their BotBonnie team in Taiwan. This role involves generating solutions from business and technical perspectives and implementing them at the customer site. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation and integration of Appier's Customer Engagement Automation enterprise products into clients' environments and applications, becoming a trusted advisor to enable clients to achieve their business objectives.Responsibilities include:
  • Consulting clients to expand their usage of Appier's Enterprise solution products.
  • Managing relationships for assigned clients as a trusted partner.
  • Advising clients on achieving business objectives through Appier's Enterprise solution products.
  • Providing first-line support to answer client questions and identifying needs for customized projects.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and tech teams to ensure mutual objectives are met.
  • Communicating with clients throughout the contract lifecycle and escalating important issues.
  • Identifying and driving upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs and business goals.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients, ideally in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment.
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and responsible.
  • Good time management abilities.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate.
