Technical Consultant Lead, Korea

Job Description

Appier, an AI SaaS company, is seeking a Technical Consultant Lead in Seoul, South Korea. The Technical Consultant Lead will manage a team of Technical Consultants and Technical Support Engineers, providing hands-on leadership and technical expertise. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Appier's enterprise products and work with Product and Customer Success teams, supporting successful adoption of Appier's solutions. Role involves:

• Managing a team of Technical Consultants and Technical Support Engineers.
• Leading by example in resolving complex technical issues.
• Ensuring optimal usage of Appier’s AI product solutions.
• Providing documentation and technical guidance.
• Developing solutions based on data integration and service application.
• Consolidating customer feedback to the product team.
• Optimizing business outcomes for customers.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in computer science, statistics, or any engineering degrees.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant technical experience.
• Passionate about data.
• Hands on experience in Javascript/Python/SQL, or NOSQL databases.
• Self-motivated and independent learner.
• Knowledge in web/app tracking or data analytics (Plus).
• Capability in communication with clients, cross team collaboration.
• Knowledge in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, DMP, or cloud, CRM, CDP, Data Warehouse, Data Mart or data mining (Plus).
• Team management experience (Plus).
• Proficient in English and Korean.
