AutoProff, a leading European digital dealer-to-dealer trading platform and part of the AutoScout24 Group, is seeking an Automotive Auction Specialist to join their team in Padua, Italy. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of auctions and the platform. The Automotive Auction Specialist will be a key point of contact for customers throughout the auction process. They will work closely with Sales and Customer Support to provide a unified approach to customer service. The specialist will monitor auction progress daily to optimize transactions, define auction and guaranteed prices accurately, and support customer issue resolution in collaboration with other teams.Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for customers during the auction process.
• Ensure accurate and timely definition of auction and guaranteed prices.
• Monitor daily auction progress to optimize platform transactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve operational targets.
• Support and manage customer complaints with relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the automotive market (makes, models, prices, etc.).
• Background in the Automotive market (dealerships or automakers or consulting firms specializing in the field).
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
