AutoProff is seeking a Buyer Success & Car Trading Specialist to join their Benelux team. This role focuses on enhancing the user experience for French-speaking customers in France and Wallonia. The role involves reviewing auction car listings, providing pricing guidance, and offering tips for listing to maximize sales. The successful candidate will work to expand the customer base, engage existing customers, and ensure high-quality listings on the platform. This position is pivotal in achieving AutoProff’s goal of excelling in cross-border B2B sales.

The role can be based in either France or Belgium, with travel to the Dutch office in Zwolle required at least two days per month.

The role Involves:

  • Setting up and managing new accounts primarily in France and Wallonia.
  • Helping and guiding customers through the purchase process.
  • Managing customer contact in BE Wallonia and France.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Actively approaching customers for auctions
  • Reviewing listings to maintain the highest possible quality.
  • Ensuring the right buyers are matched with auctioned cars.
  • Facilitating post-sale transactions both nationally and internationally.

Requirements:

  • Energetic and proactive with a pioneering spirit.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong commercial drive and good communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
