AutoProff is seeking a Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist to join their team in Padova, Italy. As part of the Autoscout24 Group, AutoProff is a leader in digital dealer-to-dealer trading.
The role involves being the face of AutoProff, selling products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer engagement on the platform. The candidate will collaborate with the Digital Car Trading Specialist to optimize customer engagement. This role requires weekly reporting of sales goals and objectives to the direct manager
Responsibilities: - Contact prospects via phone and email.
- Showcase AutoProff solutions to prospects.
- Track progress with new prospects using CRM software.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Conduct in-person or Zoom visits with customers across Italy.
- Provide tailored solutions to help customers succeed.
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to direct Manager.
Requirements: - Experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Ability to build trust and create win-win relationships.
- Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Understanding of data and using it to improve customer experiences.
