Director at IDEO

IDEO Shanghai is seeking a bilingual Director to contribute to leading world-class design and collaborate with clients. The Director will support the leadership team in delivering IDEO Shanghai’s business strategy, develop and manage business development, and ensure IDEO’s design capabilities meet client needs. Responsibilities:

• Create and lead new collaborations with client partners.
• Design new ways in which IDEO can deliver value and inspire the Chinese market.
• Partner with Enterprise leaders in developing business opportunities.
• Support the development of portfolio strategy.
• Support project work by bringing in the client's perspective.
• Proactive network development.

Requirements:

• Strong Chinese (native) and English verbal and written skills.
• Experience working in a creative consulting or agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, creative problem solver.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple internal and external organizations.
