Communication Design Lead at IDEO

IDEO Shanghai is seeking a Communication Design Lead to guide and inspire teams and clients through visual communication. This role is crucial in solving complex challenges by bringing ideas to life visually. The Communication Design Lead will consult, art direct, and deliver design solutions, working through client challenges and engaging in user research, prototyping, and client communication.This role involves:

• Providing craft application to projects.
• Leading diverse teams and engaging clients.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Creating brands and visual identity systems.
• Leading the visual communication design process.
• Involvement with all aspects of design consultancy projects.
