Senior Graphic Designer at IDEO

IDEO Shanghai is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to provide creative leadership in visual communication, guiding teams and clients. The role involves creating compelling stories to add context to business strategies. The Senior Graphic Designer will help bring ideas to life visually.

Role involves:

• Brand identities and full brand implementation
• Graphics for retail spaces
• Packaging
• Workbooks and publications
• Rapid prototypes for consumer testing
• Illustrations of business ecosystems
• Exhibition graphics
• User interfaces
• Presentation decks

Requirements:

• Design craft: experience in Brand Identity, Editorial Design, Information Graphics, Typography, Packaging Design, Exhibition Design
• 5+ years in the creative industry, experience in different industries and projects, preferably in international markets
• Comfort working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Portfolio, CV and cover letter
