The NG.CASH is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for coordinating product development with a multidisciplinary squad. He will be working alongside the development, design, and data teams to create products that meet real user needs and generate solid business results.Role involves:

Requirements:

• Practical experience in product creation (preferably 3+ years).
• A passionate approach to customer experience.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles with a deep focus on the customer.
• Knowledge to work with the development and data team.
• A structured and results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of risk management principles.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Analytical approach with a focus on making data-based decisions.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary squad and build partnerships.
