Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Growth Manager, SLED to lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for its core product suite within the U.S. SLED market. The Growth Manager will build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and work closely with sales leadership to shape and scale Verkada's go-to-market strategy. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth in one of its most strategic verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for State, Local, and Education.
- Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns.
- Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success.
- Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.
- Experience working in SLED marketing is preferred but not necessary
