VEED.IO is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the future of VEED's mobile product, focusing on developing cutting-edge video creation tools. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers to build intuitive and engaging user experiences. VEED is a hybrid company, requiring one day a week in the Amsterdam office.

What this role involves:

• Developing and enhancing VEED’s iOS app for a world-class video creation experience.
• Working on complex features like video processing, animation, overlays, and AI-powered tools.
• Improving performance, stability, and scalability of the iOS app.
• Shaping the future of the iOS team by contributing to best practices and technical decisions.
• Participating in user research and feedback loops.

Requirements:

• Proven experience shipping successful iOS applications and working on products at scale.
• Experience with video processing, graphics rendering, animations, or related areas.
• Strong technical foundation with Swift, SwiftUI, AVFoundation, and performance optimization.
• Team player mindset and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
• Early-stage mentality with a willingness to take ownership and move fast.
