Senior Software Developer

Job Description

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Developer to contribute to mission-essential applications within an Agile team. This role involves developing and supporting Java web-based applications hosted on cloud computing platforms. The Senior Software Developer will work at Two Six Technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy new code and efficient software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality and reusable code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application, including performance optimization and error handling.
• Provide continuous maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
• Provide customer support for software systems and application issues.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our application.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in years of experience in Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of Software Development experience, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Spring Framework.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
