WongDoody, creating human experiences across 22 locations, seeks a (Senior) Account Manager to join their Retail & CPG Vertical team. The role involves being a central point of contact between clients and the internal team, focusing on FMCG and retail brands such as OTTO and bonprix. The team is focused on combining creation, data and media.
The Account Manager will work on projects within Digital Campaigning, Social Media, New-Branding, E-Commerce, Website, CRM and Media.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing operative support, strategic advice, and further development for defined clients.
- Coordinating projects in areas like digital campaigning and social media.
- Managing resources and budgets while ensuring quality and timing.
- Preparing and conducting client presentations and workshops.
- Working independently within an interdisciplinary project team.
Requirements:
- A degree in economics or communication studies, or comparable training.
- Agency experience, ideally with an online focus, in account or project management.
- Client and market understanding through experience in client support and campaign coordination.
- Experience in digital campaigns, social media, and content creator marketing.
- Strategic thinking and a passion for advising clients.
- Excellent time management skills and a high standard of quality.
- Independent work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
