WongDoody, with the global technological strength of Infosys, is seeking a Digital Creative - AI Workflow Specialist to join their team in Stuttgart. The ideal candidate will be passionate about shaping human experiences through creativity and technology.

Role involves:

• Developing contemporary GenAI solutions for brand communication and media applications.
• Creating and implementing 2D/3D/GenAI hybrid workflows for image and video processing.
• Integrating GenAI technologies into new and existing 2D/3D production processes.
• Conceiving and implementing 2D/3D-based GenAI visualizations.
• Training and optimizing AI models (LoRAs) for specific requirements.
• Actively contributing to the expansion of our AI expertise.
• Working independently and responsibly in interdisciplinary and agile project teams.
• Technical planning, system conception, architecture, design, and implementation.

Requirements:

• A degree in Film, Games, Media Design, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with current generative AI programs and a strong affinity for design and technology.
• Experience developing GenAI workflows with ComfyUI (Controlnets/IP-Adapters/etc.).
• Experience with SDXL/Flux and LoRa training.
• Creative ideas on how to integrate AI tools into 2D/3D design workflows.
• Ideally, knowledge of 3D/CGI production processes and 3D design (Digital Twin).
• Solid knowledge of 2D/3D applications such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Nuke, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Visual thinking, creativity, and curiosity about new technologies, trends, and innovations in the field of generative AI.
