WONGDOODY, a human experience company powered by Infosys, is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join their team in Australia. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and improving the end-to-end customer experience, particularly within the financial sector. This role involves consulting and supporting the customer experience team to establish the company as a leader in customer-centricity in Australia.

The consultant will collaborate within a growing team, focusing on enhancing financial and insurance customer experiences. They will work closely with project leads, tech leads, and stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable insights and design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build out research and roadmaps for customers.
  • Understand and translate customer needs.
  • Create project research and specific features.
  • Develop journey maps, personas, and blueprints.
  • Design low-fidelity designs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a digital agency as an Information Architect / Experience Designer / Product Designer / UX Designer.
  • Experience creating mobile, tablet, and web experiences for Enterprise organizations.
  • Portfolio of key projects, detailing your role and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with technical considerations for mobile customer experiences.
  • Experience with user-interface specifications and design patterns.
  • Ability to travel abroad.
