(UX) User Experience Designer, Snr. at WongDoody

WONGDOODY, a human experience company powered by Infosys, seeks a Senior User Experience Designer to join its APAC team. The role will focus on developing and evolving onboarding experiences for direct customers within the financial sector. The Snr. User Experience Designer will be consulting and supporting multiple streams of customer experience, working within a growing consulting team focused on financial services and experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Building out user flows
• Producing low/medium-fidelity wireframes
• Conducting user-testing
• Work with stakeholders to define design requirements and iterate on these
• Facilitate ideation and co-design sessions with product teams
• Work with UI designers so they can move from medium to high fidelity
• Completion of sprint stories and delivery of research, insights and design
• Documentation creation for scenarios and UX flows
• Testing of concepts and flows with bankers and customers
• Stakeholder review/testing of concepts

Requirements:

• Strong interaction design skills
• Competency in rapid concept development and prototyping
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, XD, Sketch, and Invision
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executive team members
• Experience in delivering rapid concepting and Interaction Design.
• Experience in Overall Experience Design for both short-term and long-term goals.
• Self-starter and reliable team member
• Ability to work at pace, delivering iteratively
• 3-5 years of experience working at a digital agency as an Information Architect / Experience Designer / Product Designer / UX Designer
• Experience in creating mobile, tablet and web experiences for Enterprise organisations
• Portfolio of key projects
• Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for mobile customer experiences
• Experience developing detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns
• Experience working within collaborative, cross-functional teams
