WONGDOODY, a human experience company powered by Infosys, seeks a Senior Experience Designer to join its team in Sydney or Melbourne. The Experience Designer will contribute to developing and evolving onboarding, business products, and self-service experiences within the financial sector. The role involves consulting and creating measurable rapid prototypes and concepting for interaction design experience testing.
The role is part of the company's growing consulting team focused on financial services and experiences. They will collaborate within an international team spanning over various continents and work with top clients like the Australian Grand Prix, The Australian Ballet, Sydney Symphony Orchestra and others.
Responsibilities include:
- Building out research and roadmaps for customers in Finance and Insurance.
- Rapid concepting and Interaction Design (user flows and mapping).
- Overall Experience Design for both short-term and long-term goals.
- Practical design for immediate delivery.
- Documentation of scenarios and UX flows.
- Testing of concepts and flows with bankers and customers.
- Stakeholder review/testing of concepts.
- UX Design (Low and Mid-Fidelity Designs, Prototyping, End-to-End User flows, Error scenarios, Entry/Exit points, Information Architecture, Usability testing).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working at a digital agency.
- Strong interaction design skills.
- Solid Sketch and Invision skills.
- Portfolio of key projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with technical considerations for mobile customer experiences.
- Experience with user-interface specifications and design patterns.
- Experience working within collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- A sense of humour!
