Job Description

Verkada is seeking a Growth Manager to join their team and drive deeper customer relationships by cross-selling their suite of products to existing customers. The Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing the customer journey to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV). This role is based in San Mateo, CA.

The Growth Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to maximize customer LTV through various marketing channels.
  • Owning the data strategy for audience segmentation and identifying opportunities within Verkada’s customer base.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution to performance analysis.
  • Collaborating with account executives and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Tracking and analyzing key campaign metrics and communicating insights across departments.
  • Leveraging data to inform decision-making and identify areas of improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Expertise in building scalable systems and automation to support cross-sell marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems, data management, and segmentation.
  • Backgrounds in investment banking, quantitative consulting, strategy, or analytics.
