WongDoody, an agency that creates human experiences, is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Taipei. The Product Designer will create user-centered digital experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate user insights into actionable technical requirements.

The Product Designer's responsibilities will include:

• Designing engaging product experiences.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user journeys.
• Leading the creation of personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Presenting designs with clarity.
• Ensuring design solutions are actionable.

WongDoody expects the candidate to have:

• At least 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or similar roles.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience working with developers and product teams.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
• Domain expertise in either retail customer experience, sports racing, or financial services is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing problem-solving capabilities.
• Face-to-face client interaction experience.
• An understanding of cross-cultural differences in communication and language.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• The ability to defend your views with conviction and adapt gracefully.
• Ideally, a degree in a design-related course.
