WONGDOODY, a Human Experience Company powered by Infosys, is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join their team in Melbourne. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for creating world-class products and experiences, gathering business requirements and user needs, and leading teams in the design and development of digital solutions.Role involves:

• Creating world-class products and experiences.
• Gathering business requirements, market research, and user needs.
• Leading teams in the design and development of digital solutions.
• Conducting user research and testing.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Pitching work to clients and facilitating workshops.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working at leading digital agencies.
• Portfolio of complex digital experiences.
• Experience working with startup businesses (a plus).
• Ability to think strategically about product vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Keynote, Sketch, Invision.
