WongDoody is seeking a Service Designer to join their team in Taipei. The Service Designer will be responsible for leading the creation of comprehensive, data-driven experiences for clients, transforming insights into actionable strategies, and aligning business goals with user-centric designs. The role requires expertise in service design and business analytics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Translating client insights and business data into compelling service experiences.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope.
  • Crafting strategic design approaches and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Developing high-quality presentations to articulate ideas and deliverables.
  • Utilizing business analytics to inform design strategies and measure the impact of service improvements.

Requirements include:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Service Design, Product Design, or UX Design, with a strong focus on integrating business analytics into the design process.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).
  • A portfolio showcasing problem-solving capabilities.
  • Face-to-face client interaction experience.
  • An understanding of cross-cultural differences in communication and language.
  • Business analytics skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in design, business, or a related field.
