OneDegree, a leading InsurTech company in Hong Kong, is seeking a Head of Branding and Marketing Communications to lead its branding and marketing communications department. The role involves shaping the brand's identity, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and contributing to brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
The Head of Branding and Marketing Communications will be responsible for driving the brand strategy and marketing campaigns, developing the overall marketing strategy for the brand and products, working closely with various marketing functions, managing a team of marketing professionals, and overseeing the creation of marketing collateral.

Requirements:

- Over 10 years’ working experience in senior marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience working in an advertising agency or in-house marketing department.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data and insights.
