OneDegree, a leading Hong Kong virtual insurer, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, overseeing the creation of marketing materials, identifying industry trends, supporting English copywriting, and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of holistic marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials.
• Identify trends and leverages opportunities within the industry.
• Support the English copywriting of marketing materials.
• Coordinate with different internal parties.
• Lead assignments to support the strategic vision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience in communications and marketing.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, including both creative agency and in-house marketing experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to take initiative and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
